Shipping Area

Free shipping is offered for the contiguous United States (excluding Denver, CO). Meriya the shop doesn’t ship to Hawaii or internationally, but our products are available on the Amazon store in Denver, Europe, and Canada.

Undeliverable Packages

Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a package. After three delivery attempts, the package will be returned to Meriya as an undeliverable package. If this occurs, please contact us at support@meriya.shop to make arrangements for reshipment.

Cancelled Orders

We make every attempt to process orders as quickly as possible. Therefore, you should notify our customer service to cancel orders before 04:30 on the same day the order was placed by contacting support@meriya.shop. Make sure to include your order number when requesting an order cancellation.
